Under the leadership of founder, President & CEO Paul DiMauro, a corporate culture of professional integrity, transparency and exceptional customer service prevails. Additionally, the organization adheres to a “pay-it-forward” philosophy as evidenced by its ongoing philanthropic initiatives. Two causes of particular focus at Paul’s are those which serve the needs of America’s veterans and nonprofits addressing the problem of substance abuse and addictions. In 2013, Paul’s Rods & Restos unveiled the 1970 Pontiac GTO Convertible Custom Car restoration project it completed on behalf of the family of Major Jeffrey Calero, a member of the 1st Battalion 20th Special Forces Group of the National Guard, who lost his life in Afghanistan in 2007 while on patrol. Prior to his death, he had been restoring the GTO.

In 2016, Paul’s Rods & Restos announced that it will be restoring a 1966 Mustang Pro-touring Convertible, which will then be auctioned off with all proceeds from the sale donated to Homes for Our Troops, a privately-funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit that builds mortgage-free, specially-adapted homes for severely-injured veterans post 9/11 to help them rebuild their lives.
