Return Policy

We cannot accept returns of product which was not purchased from us.  Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.  Returns should be made within 30 days from date of purchase.  All returns over 30 days will be assessed a flat 20% restocking fee.  No returns on products purchased past 6 months of invoice date.  All returned parts must be in new and unused condition.  Parts that have been or attempted to have been installed cannot be returned.  The parts were delivered to you in new condition.  There will be no returns on electrical items or software.  All returns must be freight paid, no C.O.D. returns accepted.  Only in case of our error will return freight be credited.  With all returns we require written explanation as to reason for return and what you would like done with returned parts (refund, exchange, etc.)


The original manufacturer’s warranty constitutes all of the warranties applied to each old item.  Paul’s Hot Rod & Muscle Car Parts, Inc. disclaims all warranties either implied or expressed.  Paul’s Hot Rod & Muscle Car Parts, Inc. shall also be relieved of all liabilities and merchantability of fitness for any particular purpose and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of these items.


Our preferred method of shipping is UPS.  If you require a different method of shipping, please ask the salesperson.  Using carriers other than UPS may delay your shipment.  Most all in-stock orders filled and shipped the same business day.  Freight charges are not included in printed prices.  Some items (bodies, chassis, etc) must be truck freighted.  This arrangement will be made at time of order.  Freight is paid by the customer.

Freight Claims

Freight damaged items must be claimed back to the carrier who damaged the product.  When the product left our facility it was in good condition.  If damage has occurred upon receipt, the claim must be made with the freight company.  Keep all boxes and packaging for carrier to inspection.  Please also notify us and we will take all steps we can in expediting  your claim with the carrier.

New York Sales Tax

All items shipped or billed to a New York address will be subject to New York sales tax as appropriate to the location.
